Lifestyle Design brings me immense joy, because seeing a relief wash over my client’s faces when we start, and seeing them get excited about life again as we progress - is rewarding and priceless.

Just stop for a moment. imagine yourself waking up and:

  • Feeling good and comfortable in your skin;

  • Feeling like you are enough as you are and have something to offer now, rather than constantly compare yourself with other or try to prove your worth;

  • Having enough time and energy to accomplish the things you want to do;

  • Having the courage and freedom to find your ‘true purpose’;

  • Forgiving yourself and others and overcoming negativity, guilt and shame about the past;

  • Enjoy life regardless of what is happening in your life right now.

I have designed the 3-Steps #FEELGOOD method which will help you create a lifestyle where you can feel good, perform better and enjoy life.

It’s an inside out transformation process to help you find focus and clarity, and simplify your space and your routines. Then you will have more time and more energy to go out there, do your things and enjoy life.

Sounds great, doesn’t it? You just need to do some work. Yes, I used the word “work” and that’s because you have got to be committed to do to the daily work, even when you don't feel like it.

I don’t believe in overnight success. But relax, because if you read my story you will notice that I don’t believe in martyrdom either. Therefore, I am always coming up with ways to make our time together both productive and fun.

After a roller coaster year building my business and helping other with their style and personal grooming, the spot light needed to be on me.

I booked Lili a week before my son’s birthday and boy I was glad! The session didn’t start in the way I expected but I trusted her process.
